The Face Behind Clearwing Marketing
Hi! I’m Olivia.
I founded Clearwing after 6+ years in the digital marketing space. I noticed that no matter what sector I worked in—government, nonprofit, or for-profit—leaders wrestled with the same problem: low marketing ROI.
So. Much. Time. And Effort. poured into campaigns without significant results.
But when I was able to work with these leaders? I blew their minds. Not because I’m an all-knowing oracle (a woman can dream), but because I’m really good at:
Making marketing tactics feel less overwhelming by mapping clear steps from point Z to point A.
Asking the questions that help you connect the dots and get to the ‘aha!’ moment.
Knowing which marketing tactics will move the needle when.
Marketing is my superpower AND my jam.
My natural curiosity and deep sense of responsibility drive everything that I do.
I have wide-ranging skills—from graphic design to CRM management—and deep experience in distinct marketing verticals, too—like segmentation and SEO.
I’ve lead a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) migration from Marketo to HubSpot for a fundraising consulting firm of 600+ employees. I’ve trained, advised, and partnered with over 30 business development professionals in marketing segmentation and automation. And I’ve advised on a website redesign while managing a web developer retainer.
I’m a go-getter and like getting things done. I gain immense satisfaction from helping others feel understood, energized, and confident in their path to achieve a goal. I also LOVE seeing results. Especially if they reveal something interesting.
“Olivia has an exacting ability to get stuff done to where I trust her 100%.”
